From a conversation to residents in the portal
Getting started needs no software to install and no server of your own. A browser and a list of apartments are enough.
Five steps
1
Conversation and presentation
We get to know your community and show the system on sample data.
2
Setting up the community
We set up the community with its details, website, teams, document archive and basic charges.
3
Accounts for the board and office
The board and staff get e-mail invitations and set their passwords.
4
Apartments and residents
You download the template, fill in the apartments, owners and residents in Excel, and import the file.
5
Checklist and invitations
The checklist shows what is still missing. Finally you invite the residents to the portal.
What to prepare
The community's details
- name, address, tax ID and REGON
- the bank account the owners pay to
- the board members and their e-mail addresses
Apartments and people
- the list of apartments with building, floor area and occupants
- owners and residents with their e-mail addresses
- the charge and fund rates
Questions
Do we need to install anything?
No. The system runs in the browser, on a computer and on a phone.
Will residents without internet be left out?
No. The office handles their matters in the system in the same way, and documents can still be handed out on paper.
Can the community have its own domain?
Yes. The community's website can run at an address in the system or on the community's own domain.
How long does it take to start?
Setting up the community takes moments. Collecting the list of apartments and residents takes the most time.
